The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts of original contributions Abstracts may only be submitted via the Internet from this website.
Guidelines for preparation and submission of abstracts: Abstracts may only be submitted via the conference website. • Abstracts submitted by fax or email will not be accepted. • All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English. • Please structure your abstract using the following headings: o Objectives o Methods o Results o Conclusion
All abbreviations must be defined the first time they appear in your text.
• Avoid complex mathematical formulae in the Abstract title. • Abstracts may not be longer than 250 words (excluding title and authors) • Authors should indicate their presentation preference: o oral presentation o poster presentation
The Scientific Committee reserves the right to decide on the final allocation and presentation method.
• After having submitted your abstract, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail with your abstract reference number. If you do not receive a confirmation by e-mail please contact the Conference Secretariat. Should you wish to make corrections to an abstract already submitted or if you wish to submit other abstracts later, you may use your personal access codes. • If an abstract is accepted, the presenting author must attend the congress and present it in person. • If your research has been granted any commercial or institutional support, you will be asked to disclose this during the submission process.
